1. Order Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order bundle package. All products intended for return processing must strictly adhere to the following baseline packaging conditions:
- Products to be returned should be in their original packaging only.
- Used Products won't be accepted under any circumstances due to hygiene and health protection safety regulations.
3. Shipping & Self-Shipment Policy
All products that need to be returned should be safely sent back to our main center. We do not provide reverse pickups. The freight arrangement and parcel handling must be managed independently by the buyer.
Please make sure that the return address, which is present on your original invoice, is clearly printed or written on your returns parcel box wrapper along with your active Order ID (#) code.

5. Refund Disbursal Timeline
Once your return parcel arrives safely at our central warehouse facility and clears physical condition checks, the billing team will verify the details. We will refund the validated transaction amount within 7 days of receipt of return package back to the original online banking settlement channel.
